Book four to six weeks ahead, cancel 30 days or more out for a full refund minus third-party fees, and let us check the visa rules for your dates. The details are below.
01 · Booking
How far ahead should we book?
Four to six weeks ahead gets the better fares and rooms. Last-minute trips within 72 hours are possible too: WhatsApp us and we will tell you straight what is still open.
02 · Flights
Are flights included?
Yes. Every package includes return flights from KLIA Terminal 1 or 2. If you already have tickets, we can price the trip without flights.
03 · Changes
Can we change a package?
Fully. Add nights, upgrade the hotel, add a private tour or join two countries. Tell us what you want and we send a revised price.
04 · Cancellation
What if we cancel?
Cancel 30 days or more before departure and you get a full refund, minus any fees the airline or hotel will not return to us. Inside 30 days, the airline and hotel terms apply. We strongly suggest travel insurance.
05 · Visas
Do you help with visas?
Yes, for Japan, Korea, Europe and anywhere else that asks for paperwork. Entry rules for Malaysian passports change, so we check them for your dates when you book: a visa, an electronic travel authorisation, or an online arrival form. We list the documents and submit on your behalf where the embassy allows it.
06 · Passports
How long must our passports be valid?
At least six months beyond your return date, with two blank pages. Check every child's passport as well as your own.
